PSYCHIATRY & MEDICATION MANAGEMENT

CBHC’s Board Certified clinicians provide comprehensive psychiatric assessments and pharmacological services.

Our doctors work collaboratively with our clinicians, counselors, case managers as well as other caregivers in the community, to provide holistic mental healthcare. Pharmacological services include medication education and ongoing monitoring to evaluate symptoms and reduce potential side effects.

COUNSELING & PSYCHOTHERAPY

Licensed and experienced Therapists are available to provide psychotherapy services to help clients deal with depression, stress, anxiety, mood-related disorders, behavioral problems and family/relationship issues. Behavioral health counseling is available individually or in a group setting.

CASE MANAGEMENT

Case management services include coordination of rehabilitative, educational and supportive interventions. Our Qualified Mental Health Specialists work with clients in a community setting to improve their personal and social functioning, learn daily living skills and coping mechanisms to handle stress and anxiety.

Our Qualified Mental Health Specialists collaborate with our counselors as well as the client to develop a comprehensive treatment plan that promotes each client’s personal goals in areas such as:

- Physical and Mental Health
- Education
- Employment
- Income and Money Management

- Healthy Behaviors
- Family and Social Functioning
- Accessing affordable housing and other programs

Services also include client advocacy and linkage to a wide range of community resources such as other healthcare providers, government programs and non-profit services.
