Ms. Ritu Chattree
Chief Executive Officer Community Behavioral Health Center Ms. Chattree has over 25 years’ experience in healthcare, nonprofit development and international finance. She is the CEO of Community Behavioral Health Center, a community behavioral healthcare provider to low-income, elderly and refugee communities. Community Behavioral Health Center provides mental healthcare throughout northeast Ohio with a staff of 40 employees including psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, clinical therapists and case managers. Previously, Ms. Chattree led RRCA, a strategic advisor to top-tier nonprofits where she worked with Board members and senior management to increase organizational scale, efficacy and impact. In addition to advising a broad array of organizations on financial strategy and capacity building, Ms. Chattree was a founding member of Grameen America and Vice President of Finance and Development for Grameen Trust, working closely with 2006 Nobel Peace Prize Laureate, Muhammad Yunus. Prior to her work in the nonprofit arena, Ms. Chattree was an investment banker at such firms as J.P. Morgan, Merrill Lynch and Schroders where she focused on emerging markets M&A and international corporate finance. Ms. Chattree completed her MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France and holds a B.Sc. in International Economics from the School of Foreign Service, Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. Originally from India, Ms. Chattree speaks fluent Hindi and French. |
