Associate, Healthcare

Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) is a leader in behavioral healthcare services in Northeast Ohio with a commitment to  excellence, diversity, and opportunity.  Formed in 1995, CBHC maintains a strong entrepreneurial culture. We are seeking  graduates who want to gain healthcare experience and are willing to roll up their sleeves to help expand our collegial, employee-focused organization.

The Associates will work closely with management to support organizational initiatives and recruitment as well as directly assist employees with traditional administrative issues.

Benefits:
  • $36-43,000 starting salary depending on experience

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent computer skills.

Required Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
