ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE

Accounting Associate

Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC), a leading community mental health provider in northeast Ohio, is seeking a motivated Accounting Associate to join our team.  This is an ideal position for a recent graduate.
 
Great compensation!  Full time or part time.
 
Under the direction of the CEO and Finance Director, you will learn the fundamentals of a growing healthcare business.  Responsibilities will include:
  • Keeping accurate records in accordance with company standards
  • Obtaining primary financial data for accounting records
  • Checking the accuracy of business transactions
  • Performing data entry and administrative duties
  • Assisting the CEO and accountants with tax and business strategy
  • Processing payables and receivables
  • Preparing financial forecasts
  • Performing other duties as needed
 
QUALIFICATIONS 
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Well organized, detail oriented with strong problem solving abilities
  • Highly computer literate and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Some knowledge of standard accounting procedures
  • Commitment to community based healthcare services
