CBHC’s Outpatient Program offers mental health interventions with the goal of enhancing wellness, improving lifestyles and making our clients more productive through meaningful change. CBHC’s psychiatrists and clinicians utilize a disease management perspective in their clinical interventions. CBHC’s treatment philosophy is based upon a holistic approach of treating the whole person within disease management protocols, in collaboration with various community healthcare providers in multiple specialties.
Services include mental health assessment, behavioral health counseling, psychiatric/pharmacologic and CPST services.
